WHY TEENAGERS STRUGGLE WITH SIN pt 2

Pornography has become the mainstay entertainment for so many youths. There is never a day where a guy doesn't send a nude picture or a girl doesn't upload a twerking video. It seems morals have so decayed that we do this thing so often and social media has been the primary weapon of dispersion.
Teenagers misunderstand and mismanage the adolescent stage of their life's. This is a stage where hormones secretion are skyrocketing and exposure is increased. If you don't control your body, you lose your honey. There is this sweet flavour that your life has and the moment you lose that flavour, it becomes hard to reflavour. I'll write on one major way to conquer sin

1. BUILDING THE HUMAN SPIRIT
Prov 20:27(KJV)
"The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly."

The human spirit is probably one of the most neglected parts of a human. The spirit of man is his real self and it is the way through which God shines. I've come to believe that the fruits of the spirit are not the fruits of the Holyspirit. 😀😀 You're shocked!!. But considering what happens at the new birth. Your spirit becomes new and you essentially have the divine nature of God. This nature is in your spirit when you become born again not in the Holyspirit. The Holyspirit then imparts power to walk in Dominion. I vividly remember when I gave myself to Christ. Oh! it was glorious. The transformation that happened was instantaneous. Suddenly all the things in the world seemed to fade away and nothing mattered anymore to me except Jesus! This transformation occurs when you become born again and it is received when the Holyspirit comes into you. But the big question is "How do I build my spirit?"
Building your spirit requires discipline. The level of your anointing does not determine the level of your standing. You might be heavily anointed but you still fall to fornication.When you see big men of God fall, it is not that they are not anointed but the problem is that their spirit is not disciplined. Let me give you two examples.
*Samson; Samson was a man that was so anointed that he ripped a lion in two like it was chicken wings. He had upon him the spirit of might. Despite that, he fell easily to a woman and his destiny was cut short
*Saul; Saul was the first King of Isreal and very anointed yet he fell to disobedience because he didn't have enough spiritual discipline to sustain him.
What does this mean?
The major way to build your spirit is by discipline. Discipline your spirit and transform your mind and the results would surprise you
*Resolution
Make a commitment today to always let your spirit be in cohorts with the word and discipline all those negative attitudes that doesn't speak well of Christ as you are his ambassador.

IS SECULAR MUSIC DEVILISH?

Hmm!!! This is a tough one!😥😥 In my opinion anything that corrupts your mind is not good. Some secular music are just nonsense!. Total nonsense! You hear all sort of vulgar words and remember that music is the blood of our mind. Sometimes you just start singing without even thinking and in the long run these kinds of songs shape your mentality. You could be in the bathroom and suddenly you're singing Soapy and when you realise it you start saying " Soapy for Jesus". This is so hilarious. I see some of my fellow teenagers who claim holy and you see them singing all these songs and when you remind them about holiness they'll change the style and say they are singing for Christ.  Most secular music corrupt the mind as they are almost always talking about " Love, Sex, Violence e.t.c". WHY TEENAGERS STRUGGLE WITH SIN pt 1

To some sin is a controversial issue. What is sin and why is it so important?  There are a lot of things people classify as sin but in actuality it isn't..Sin are those things we do that do not please God. Do not forget that until you are born again, you are in sin because any one born of a woman was born into sin (except of course you weren't born of a woman😀). Teenage Christians are always struggling not to sin but they end up giving up the struggle because they can't keep it up. You can't wrestle sin by your power neither can you be pure of your own accord.  Try as you may, your efforts might even result in frustration.
